New member intro

I live in NH and work as a self-employed remodeler/contractor.  I discovered BP a few weeks ago, and have since been listening to the podcasts - I'm trying to absorb as much info as I can!  I hope to gain a greater understanding of the investement side of real estate.  Ultimately I hope to utilize real estate as a source of retirement income, and I hope that being a BP member will help me to find the best way to get there.
