Hello BP from a Newbie couple in Las Vegas

We are new to BP as far as being members, I have often found answers in your forums. It was almost a no brainer when signing up for the membership for us.  I'm Jami and my husband is Roy. We are so green in the wholesale investment world that we are still trying to get that first deal under our belt. We have been marketing for about 2 months now with a few nibbles, but no prize. We have a big back round in rehabs, flips and construction from the contractors stand point, it seemed natural to cross over into the other side of the business. We are very eager and excited to learn as much as possible on our way to becoming investors! We welcome any greetings, tips and words of wisdom. We are happy to be a part of the group!
