New Member in Northern Va

Hello my name is Adam I live in Manassas Va with my wife and 5 month old son Logan. My wife and I are starting the venture into real estate investing, mainly flipping. I have about 8 years experience in construction 5 of those years as a carpenter flipping house on Capitol Hill and currently a supervisor building high end commercial buildings. 

My wife and I are learning as much as possible about the business and striving to buy, flip and sell in the next 6-8 months. Any information on getting the business started will be much appreciated. As well as any insight from anyone who has gone into business with their significant other.
