Newbie from Upstate SC saying "Hello"

Hello BP, My name is Jamir Nicholson. I am originally from NJ but I've been living in Spartanburg, SC for about 8 years now. I currently have no experience in real estate but i plan to change that very soon. My interest is mainly in buy & hold but I'm open to knowledge in all areas. I'm finding it hard to penetrate the "Icy Exterior" of the Upstate's real estate market but with prayer and some help from you guys (and gals) I hope to very soon.
