Good afternoon everyone! My name is Woodlyne Love and I'm new to Real Estate Investing and fairly new to Bigger Pockets. I have attended a couple of Fortune Builder seminars and I've completed a couple of webinars from Bigger Pockets.

My main focus right now is wholesaling. I would like to wholesale until I have enough capital to start Rehabbing. At this time I am learning the different strategies for marketing and the different systems for wholesaling. I am currently unemployed and I'm ready to just get out there and start full time. I'm dedicated because Real Estate is something I've always wanted to get into so now that my time is here, I'm ready and I'm excited. I'm open for suggestions for advancement in this field so feel free to contact me.
