Hello, My name is Andrew Larson. I'm new to real estate investing and would like to learn as much as possible in all areas. At the moment I am most interested in low or no money down structures in order to create immediate cash flow. I have already started putting together Rent to Own deals(haven't closed one yet) and am very interested in wholesaling. Eventually, I would like to invest in real estate full time, in order to spend more time with my family.
