I joined BP as a PRO this week after being a member for a few months. I am a real estate broker who was introduced to BP from one of my clients who was always going on about BP and their podcast. I am happy BP offer so much content on real estate. The information shared on here has help my client obtained over 15 properties in less than a year. Now some of you maybe think that I as broker would be happy with that many sales. But truth be told I only sold 3 out of the 15. Which I credit BP because he ran the number using their software to see that I was not just trying to sell him a pace for property but actually these where great deals. Anyway, I live in Tylertown Mississippi. Which is about 2 hours from New Orlean, La, and 1 hour and 20 mins from Jackson, MS. I am not only looking forward being an active member on BP, but also sharing any information that may be useful to someone.
