Hi guys. I am pretty new to the site but I can already see there is tons of great content here! My wife and I are looking to start doing more fix and flips and also add more rentals. We are in NorthEast (Paris) Texas, about 2 hours NE of Dallas. Really looking forward to interacting with and learning from everyone on BP!
