hey folks im kinda new here and im new to this investing in real estate business. im def intrested in wholesaling and just got some courses like flip 2 freedom and house flipping mastermind... i def learned alot form those course... i was wondering if you guys think these courses is useful to new guy like m? or do i keep searching from here and learn it from you fine folks?

so hopefully you guys can bear with me because i havent started this yet.. thanks in advance ^_^
