Starting off in Raleigh

Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself to the group. My name is Christopher and I just moved to Raleigh a few weeks ago. I am originally from Massachusetts. I am working on getting into wholesaling as well as flipping properties here. I am working with a cash investor up North who is open to deals here. I am looking to network with people around the area and learn about what the market is like here. From what I've heard so far there are plenty of buyers but low inventory. Also rentals seem to be a big thing here as well. There are a lot of townhouses here which is something new to me. What has everyone's experience been like investing in townhouses? I'm also looking for an investor friendly title company to work with who will be able to do double closings/assignments. I realize I threw a lot out there. Any information or advice will be greatly appreciated and I hope to hear from you!
