Hi All! My name is Danny. Local area is Southern California (Los Angeles) and also lived in downtown Houston,TX, where I have a mortgage on a townhouse (lived in and now being rented). I've been reading on this forum a lot and so much great information. Just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get to know some of you, learn, and also contribute to this community however I can. Anyways, I'm very interested in real estate investing. Currently work as a Project Engineer with a commercial development company (retail and multi-family apartments). I work in the retail construction side.
