New to Bigger Pockets in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

I am new to Bigger Pockets. I am also new to California (Rancho Cucamonga) and am finding it hard to find flips I can afford :(.  I lived in Arizona and did many flips there and recently participated in a successful joint venture with someone in the Dallas area. I am interested in connecting with like-minded individuals.   I have had good lucks with flips in the past, but am also interested in non-performing notes.
