New investor intro from (St. Louis, Mo)

Hello everyone, My wife and I have decided it's time to step up our investment game.  Our good friend @Ryan Billingsley turned us on to the BP site and podcasts which I've been finding extremely helpful.   The wife and I both have great jobs in the IT industry, she's Senior Software Engineer with and I'm the Director of IT. both with 20 years experience.  

Currently we have a single townhouse we rent out which generates a positive cash flow of $200 a month, and we're currently seeking to build up our buy and hold rental portfolio in the St. Louis and surrounding areas.  

We're also partnering with a local contractor and good friend of ours (Who I'll get to sign up soon).  We've used his company on several home renovation projects at our primary residence and have nothing but great things to say about.  We will be bringing him in for buy and flip properties and would be interested in building other relationships in the community as we go.    

We look forward to meeting great people on our journey and learning from all who wish to share their knowledge.
