Hello everyone - I am from Livermore, CA and very excited to be a new member of the BP community. I own a townhome in the local area that has served as a nice rental property...but other than that my knowledge of real estate investing is very limited.  I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here and contributing where I can.  Right now I am in full education mode, and very eager to learn as much as I can about real estate investing.
