Good afternoon fellow BPs -

I am a recent graduate from Cornell's Johnson School (spent 6 years in financial services before that) and have moved back to Philadelphia to start an entrepreneurial venture.  I do not have any real experience in real estate (my family does and I've done some odd jobs), but I want to get my feet wet and am looking at ways to better utilize underutilized commercial property in Philadelphia.  I would love to meet anyone who is interested in this.  I am going to start by investing in a live-in multi-family (still very early in my research) to fully understand what it takes to be a real estate investor.

I am eager to learn, meet people and get started.

Thanks for the time - Derek
