just join BiggerPockets and want to take a moment to introduce myself. I am from upstate New York in the Saratoga Springs area.  I currently own 1 duplex. interested in learning more and getting more in depth in the real estate investment.  specifically I like to learn more about wholesaling and flipping properties.  If anyone has some suggestions or advice to relative newcomer i would wecome and appreciate it
