Young new investor looking for helpful advice

I'm just starting up and learning the whole process on house flipping because I'm looking to be able to live the life i want without having to stress about money. Now I know that this isn't a get rich quit scheme and i understand the work i have to put in to have a successful flip. Just wanted to know if anyone had any tips or pointers for my first project to help me with a more successful flip.
