Hello BiggerPockets! Newbie in Baltimore, MD

Hello everyone.  My name is Simone. I've been listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast for a while now and attended a couple of the webinars.

I've been wanting to be a real estate investor ever since I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad years ago, but never jumped in. I was sitting here listening to another podcast episode and decided to get in the forums and see what was going on.

Other than that, I'm loving the idea of house-hacking a multi-family home.
