Hi all,

I'm a new poster and long time lurker in the forums and articles. Great content here and glad to begin contributing myself. 

I'm a CPA specializing in financial reporting for many publicly and privately held real estate companies in Chicago. I also invest in multifamily housing in my spare time in Chicago and got started investing through house-hacking a three flat. I hope to continue to amass property until I can one day go full-time investor!
