Newbie from St. Louis, MO

Hey eveyone! I'm Mike Lowder. I live in Southwest St. Louis County. I am starting at square one in REI, and BP looks like an amazing resource to help get me started off on the right foot!

My day job is in healthcare IT. I do enjoy my job and would like to test the REI waters while keeping it. If it works out for me, I could see myself doing it full time, but I think it will take me a while to get to that point (personally). Wholesaling and Flipping interest me most, although I'm not counting out other investing avenues. I have not done any deals yet, but I hope to before the end of the year. I have a lot of work and learning ahead of me!

I came to BP through reading The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing, which was great.

I'd be interested in connecting with any other members, especially from my area.
