Still getting the hang of this...

Hello Everyone! Just found this site a few days ago and I'm super excited about it. I see great feedback and I have learned an overwhelming amount of information. I am looking into wholesaling. I have an overload amount of information but I'm still a little lost. I more or less know how to go about in finding deals and estimating a good price to offer but where I'm lost is after I get a property into contract, what contract should I use for my investor? Also after my investor signs the contract what should I do next? So thats where I'm a little confused. I hope someone can help me clear the air. I would also appreciate any feedback from other wholesalers, tips, advice, and anything else that might be helpful to me or just any other experiences you would like to share with me.
