Newbie Investor to Stockton, Tracy, Bay Area, Ca

Hello BP!

My name is Gillian (pronounced Jillian) and I was born and raised in the East Bay. My partner and I have been studying the market (including lots of browsing on BP) for the past couple months we have yet to make a deal but are really looking to diving into the RE community and getting are feet wet! We are currently looking to do some wholesaling and some fix and flips in the Stockton and Tracy area (about 1.5 hrs outside of the bay area because it is TOO expensive where I live, for now) and actually have some contacts in Houston, TX as well. Eventually, like many of us, I would love to fix/buy and hold to build long-term wealth.

I look forward to soaking up all the knowledge I can from this amazing community!! And of course providing all what I can!
