Chicago Investment Property Identification

Hello - My name is Steve and I'm new to the BP community. I am launching a real estate brokerage on the west coast later this summer. As a part of that business, we identified a way to analyze properties systematically to identify the best investment opportunities. That said, we're working out of Chicago right now and were hoping to connect with investors to get their advice on our product and how it could help them identify investment opportunities in Chicago.

I'd love to connect with any investors in the Chicago area who might be willing to take a look at what we are working on. We're launching our business on the west coast but can definitely provide the same analysis to Chicago investors in the future.
