This is kind of a late introuduction. Have been a member for a few months. My name is Cornell James. I have been venturing in real estate for over a year now. I am here for learning,networking and partnering up with other investors. Right now I am wholesaling,doing lease options and just started to venture in to buy and hold.I have actually closed a few wholesale deals and am growing stronger in that area. My goal is to go full time in real estate in the next year. Everything is on track right now. Just wanted to give a intro since I had a little time.. :mrgreen:
