Hi, everyone. I am not quite a new member. I joined in December of last year after finding the site when doing a google search on a guru.  I was redflagged by the guru's suggestion that I put $4,000 on a credit card in order to get their great training.  All I needed to do was commit 10 hours a week. I've been around the block with different conventions suggesting paying for their specialized knowledge.  As a reader and someone who knows that I can buy a multiple unit in Buffalo for that amount down, I knew that wasn't likely for me. Thanks to BP, I was able to make a decision that was backed up by others' experiences with the same company.

I currently live fulltime in Los Angeles and work for a TV network here while building an acting and producing career on the side. I own 2 production companies, one with 2 partners and also am an investor partner in a car and car parts business.

I've spent the last 6 months on BP listening to multiple podcasts, sometimes 2 a day. I haven't spent as much time reading the forums and am trying to be better about reading the newsletters. My schedule is pretty insane and that and an ailing parent lead me to decide to take a lower paying job in Buffalo, NY that allows me to be able to work on my business while being paid for something else as well as travel whenever I want to. This should allow me to better concentrate on real estate and producing. I'm also going to be teaching business for actors.
