I am close to finishing my first apartment purchase and I am looking for others to network with and share war stories. I did a few house flips and just never saw a way to replace my day job without a whole lot more work. Then I was introduced to commercial investing and the skys parted and the clouds cleared and I get it now.

Any others here like me?
