Hi everyone. I'm new to REI but I'm already getting my feet wet. My wife and I are finishing up our first deal now, a live in flip. We're putting the house on the market in a couple of months then relocating to Charlotte, NC to be near family. I will continue my pursuits there and hope to build a successful business that will allow me to spend less of my time at my J.O.B. and more of my time doing the things that really matter to me. It's going to be a long road but I won't allow myself to quit. Thanks in advance for all the help. I will be asking a lot of questions.
