Hi, my name is Jason Henderson. I am a Realtor in San Antonio and I have been working with real estate investors for almost 6 years. I started out working in property management (listing and leasing properties). Now I work with investors from all over the United States.
I recently started a property management company in San Antonio. The rental rental market in San Antonio is really strong. Since we have three large military bases (Randolph AFB, Fort Sam Army Base, and Lackland AFB) we have a lot of military families looking for rentals. Military families are wonderful tenants and tend to stay in the properties the entire time they are stationed here.
We have a lot of great investment opportunities right now in San Antonio. [EDITED BY MOD - Please don't pitch in this forum.]
