Hello my name is Danny and I am a beginning investor with my sights aimed at multi-family property's. I am in the early stages of buying my first 4-plex as an owner occupant. I have had a passion for real estate over the past few years and i have been trying to find what interests me the most! I finished real estate school in the state of Arizona in 2014, have read many books on the topic including the bigger pockets book investing in Real Estate with no (and low) money down. with all that out of the way Im here to meet new people and start my never ending journey of learning!
