Hello from Qatar

Hello,

I'm Shawn and I live in Qatar. I currently have a home in Utah that I rent out since I am abroad. My housing here in Qatar is provided so the mortgage is my only debt.

I'm looking to expand and purchase a few more rental properties and figured this would be a great place to learn!

The home in Utah was bought at $225k with about $90k remaining on the mortgage. The Mortgage is a 15yr one at 6.35%.

Since I lack the $ for too much of a down payment, what would be your recommendations on obtaining the capital needed?

Thanks in advance and I will also read up a bit more:)
Shawn
