Hello all! I'm Spencer, I'm new to the whole investing world and I found this site to be very informative. I will be graduating college in a month and I'm really excited to explore opportunities in real estate. I'm in Denton, TX which is in the DFW area so if anyone has any advice or would be interested in taking me under their wing, that would be very helpful. Thank you!
