New Member in Louisville/Fort Knox Area!

Hello everyone!  I'm excited to join this forum - there seems to be a wealth of information that will take a bit to digest.

A bit about me - I've been in the Army for 13 years and am currently stationed at Fort Knox, KY.  I have four single family rentals currently, located in various states where I've been assigned previously (AK, NC, MD, PA). 

I am very interested in making the leap to multi family properties, but the financing and other considerations are a bit intimidating.  Also interested in potentially doing some fix-and-flips down the line.
