First time real estate investor

Hi all,

Me and my friends are looking to invest in rental properties in DFW area in partnership. We are very new and trying to find information on financing. We are 3 people who want to create a LLC and need financing to fund our investment after the 20-25% down payment. What I understand is that banks does not give loans to a new LLC.

What are our options? We are really lost on this issue.
