Hi guys,

Ladies and gentlemen. I'm new to this forum but relatively experienced in the real estate business. A great hobby that can test your resolve, and make your toes curl. Check out my profile. Based in Cedar Park and I spend a lot of time in Houston for another business I have. 

I'm looking forward to beating the bushes and ruffle some feathers.  Really true friends are hard to find. Austin is a great place to invest but I've traveled extensively throughout the US. So I'm open also to add to my existing holdings. I love creative ideas and sharing with knowledgeable people. 

I am also looking for a good seasoned real estate attorney who knows the ropes and has a creative mind in closing deals and is investor friendly. I've got the title co and RE broker contacts on hand, and would enjoy contacting mature experienced investors to interact and network. The more, the merrier.
