NYC/CT Newbie
Hello! Greeting to my new community.
I'm committed to making this happen and I have my work cut out for me. I'm starting with no money and average credit. I've been studying like crazy but I need all the advise I can get.
I'd like to start with wholesaling to create some income and cash flow first.
I'm considering these markets: NYC, Bridgeport/Fairfield/Stamford CT/So.Cal/Miami, FL
I'm willing to relocate and drive a cab if that's what it takes to make this work.
A million thanks, Mark B.
