Hello everyone,

My name is Jorge. I am maried with 4 sons, 1 daughter & 1 daughter-in-law. My wife and all my kids are simply amazing. 

I desire to get started in real estate for a number of reasons:

1. Financial freedom 2. Retirement 3. Help kids thru college 4. Give back to the city and surrounding cities where I grew up.

I am looking for someone who has experience wholesaling teach me so that I can be better prepared to talk to potential investors & sellers.

Podcasts are also a great resource. Of course there are great ones here on bp and Sean Terry has one that is virtually all about wholesaling. Real estate investing mastery is yet another podcast by a couple wholesalers. 

If you had your license you could look for retail sellers as well as wholesale type situations, wholesaling is typically fairly difficult and can be expensive. Look for Aaron Mazzrillo on here, he has a website and somewhere on there he talks about his conversations with sellers, it's really good. Good luck
