Hey everyone. My name is Corey, and I'm in the process of being transferred to the Norfolk area. I'm in the Navy and after many years of moving around ever year and a half to two years, I will finally be in an area for an extended period of time. I'm fairly new to the investing game, but I do have one rental at a previous duty station. I'm mainly looking to invest in 2-4 unit properties, but I'm not against looking at 5+ unit properties if the deal is right.  I'm looking forward to having some great discussions with as many real estate professionals on here as possible and taking advantage of all of the resources available on BiggerPockets.
