Hey all,

I wanted to pop by and introduce myself. I was referred to this community by the Reddit community and I'm hoping to engross myself and learn as much as I can about real estate.

I've recently moved back to New York after my first job out of college to help further build and grow the family's real estate properties. As of now, there are two investment properties and one primary residence; all in the boroughs of New York. I'm using what I've learned about business and applying those concepts to real estate. The bottom line is getting rid of low cap-rate properties and finding properties to get greater cash flow. I'm still learning the nuances of real estate investing, but so far I'm having fun and am really sold into the ceiling-less potential to generate long last wealth.

If open to connecting or to chatting or to learning more about the industry. If anyone can refer me to some solid networking groups or organizations within NYC, I'd appreciate it.

Best,

Jerome
