Hey ya'll. greetings from Upstate, South Carolina. I'm fresh out of college and just found out I don't want a "9-5, 40 hours works week". I want to be able to retire early. I currently work at the bank and looking for a way to earn extra income. One of the ways I want to earn extra income is by flipping townhomes in demanding neighborhoods. This would be my first time flipping a home (hey, you got to start somewhere). I really want to learn from these forums, apply my knowledge, flip a home and finally earn income. So any information you could share would be awesome. I'm looking for investors, partners, and contractors.
