Hello,
My name is Renee and I'm just getting started in learning about the ins & outs and details of being successful in real estate investing. I have always paid attention to and been interested in real estate for a very long time.
My background includes sales, management, and some interior design and decorating. I currently work for a property tax consulting company in NW Indiana where we help commercial/industrial property owners with property tax issues and concerns.
As far as real estate investing, my plan is to get my feet wet by wholesaling/bird-dogging properties and eventually do some rehab and buy/hold. I plan on investing in an educational program/mentorship (such as Charrissa Cawley or JT Foxx) to help with the learning curve. Any suggestions or comments on either teacher would be greatly appreciated.
I also plan on joining a local REI Club-not sure which one yet.
One more thing-this is a great website. There is so much information, I just wish I had more time to take it all in. That's it for now, take care.
