Hi
I am a new investor (two deals done/referred for a bird-dog fee) in Baltimore City/County.
Current situation: Full-time job, grad school, family and REI venture.
Short-term goal: take REI business off the ground by wholesaling - build enough cash reserves to move to buying on owner-financing and selling on wrap-around and land contarcts.

Not new to REI virtual communites, but new to BP. It appears to attract THE brightest investors.
