New to flipping

hello everyone I'm new to investing I'm in a mentoring program right now but I'm looking for people I can connect with in the knoxville area. My wife and I just bought a house in the smoky mountains wears valley area our goal is to flip houses and buy cabin rentals within in the year with profits from the flips. I've been in the construction and  maintenance field for most of my work history I'm hoping to make long lasting relationships with the people I meet along the way. If there's any wholesalers or investors that have any advice for this area please let me know I look forward to talking with you.
