Hey Everyone, 

I am a 20 year old college student at the University of Nebraska at Kearney (this is in central Nebraska and is a growing college town). For awhile now I have been wanting to be financially free to work for myself and do the things that I love. After high school I decided that I was going to start researching real estate investments. I have just now decided that I am going to take the leap and invest into my first property. If you have any advice or strategies that you would like to share with me I would love to hear them!
