New Member from England!

Greetings!  I was at a property networking meeting last night and someone recommended the BP site so thought I would look in.  Although I am a newbie here, I have been involved in property (buy, refurb, rent)  for the last 10 years but pretty vanilla stuff (2-3 bedroom family homes).  Even if I do say so myself, I have a great team of people who work with me to manage this business.

I am now looking to lift the business to the next level and am exploring doing rent2rent, or lease options or commercial to residential conversions.  Still early days.  I know the US market is very different to the UK one but I am interested in seeing if there are any ideas that work in your market that might equally work in mine.  And, of course, if anyone wants some information on the market on this side of the Pond, I am happy to help.  :)
