Hello everyone, my name is Paul Maretzky and Ive been a member since Aug 2014 and decided to pull the trigger and went pro last night! The reason I went pro is because I am at the point now where my funding is almost together and my realtor has some things that I might be interested in. I wanted to utilize everything pro has to offer (calculators, marketplace etc.) to grow my business as efficiently as possible.

I currently work for a local utility company full time for 20 years. I'm looking to supplement my income by building a rental portfolio then eventually replace my income and retire early in 5-6 years. I also plan using wholesaling techniques to acquire more properties or sell the ones that do not fit as a good rental.

Ive owned my own home for 15 years and have done major renovations by either myself or as a general contractor. I have also rented rooms to various family members over the years. Hoping to learn as much as i can from the business standpoint as well as answer any questions that I may have some knowledge about.

Thank you

-Paul Maretzky
