Hi all,

I've been lurking for many months, so thought I would finally post.  Just moved to LA after many years in San Francisco (and Chicago before that.)  My wife and I just rented out our condo in SF so we are officially landlords!  BP was a huge help with all of the details of getting it ready to rent.

I also have a vacation rental house in Tahoe that I have been renting out for 5 years or so. Happy to answer any questions about either Tahoe or the bay area.

I am actively looking for partnerships and investments, but will post in Marketplace for those.
