Hellllooooo BP COMMUNITY,

My name is Don, I am a new member to BP -although I have been reading the forums and listening to podcast religiously for the last six months.

I am interested in buying buy and hold properties in cashflowing markets, I bought my first property in May in Memphis,TN with Derrick Craig of Memphisbuyadnhold from reading the forums and he showed me he ropes and spent months teaching me about the Memphis market he and the team in Memphis are class acts.

So I am just excited to keep expanding and learn as much as possible on the forum and someday be on the podcast as a success story. I look forward to meeting many more people and am open to any tips you all have..Thanks!
