Hello! I'm brand new to real estate investment. I live in Rocky Mount VA. I recently attended a Than Merrill seminar that sparked my interest. Since then I've been exploring the site to get more info. Wholesaling seems to be the best way to start. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
