Good Evening BP! I have been a free member of BP for a few months now. I religiously listen to the podcasts. And just now upgraded to Pro. 

Sad and proud to say this is my first post. Should have been done sooner but here I am. Background on myself: I am a 17 year employee for my local government. Was a part time mortgage loan officer form 2003-2010. I started my own investing company in December of 2014. I belong to local REIA's and investment groups but honestly still feel unfulfilled.

Glad you have posted this @Brendan Murphy! I love talking about real estate and it sounds like you already have some great knowledge being a former mortgage broker? I have found my whole network here on BP where we work together and pass deals along to one another. It is an amazing place to be, and honestly, I could not imagine there will ever be a better place for like-minded people to chat and meet. 

Thanks for reaching out and feel free to message any of us- especially those in your market. I am sure you know you can go to the network tab and find people close to you but this is how I found my business partner and now friend. I could not have done better on my own. Thanks BP and @Joshua Dorkin!
