Newbie Real Estate Investor from Chicago

Hi Everyone!

I am so excited to join the BP community.  I stumbled upon the BP site about 2 months ago in search of learning more about buy and hold real estate and have been addicted to the site ever since! I absolutely LOVE the podcasts and webinars!

I became an "accidental" landlord in 2008 (when the economy crashed) with a residential condo in suburban Chicago (which we renovated in its entirety) and am ready to expand my holdings.  I've worked in the commercial real estate lendng field for over 8 years, and have underwritten hundreds of multi-family properties and portfolio loans.  I am super eager to learn from all of you and am looking forward to networking with other real estate investors in the community!
